GEM QUEST: Children's SELF-ESTEEM Adventure Program

Welcome to Gem Quest Children's self-esteem Program - an engaging online wellbeing program for children! Join us on a mission to save Esteem Island by nurturing self-esteem. This course takes into consideration different learning styles and abilities children may have so there is a mixture of reading, audio and animated videos for them to engage in. This program will teach your child: 1. What self-esteem is 2. How self-esteem works 3. Practical tools to boost their self-esteem 4. How building their self-esteem benefits them They will receive a GEM QUEST activity booklet to use with the program. Your child will also recieve super self-esteem boosting tools such as a gratitude generator activity and affirmations cards. This tool kit will keep improving and growing and your child will have lifetime access to it! The content in GEM QUEST is very simple and straight to the point and includes music, mind breaks and fun activities. Parents/carers can do this alongside their children, or if you feel your child can manage, it is simple enough for children to get on with by themselves. Children may need help with the quizes, printing and downloading, reading some of the learning. The mini quizs at the end of each module ensure real learning is taking place and help to reinforce the most important messages. The affirmation for this course is "I FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF!"
