Service Description

Within this FREE 30min consultation we will: 1. Discuss Your Concerns about your child 2. Narrow the concerns down to a specific wellbeing need 3. Discuss what you can do to start helping your child meet that wellbeing need After the consultation you will receive a simple PERSONALISED PLAN for Tools and activities for your child to help them strengthen and awaken that wellbeing need. It will also include a nutrtional element because foods have a massive effect on our mood and behaviour. I have worked with children for over 25 years as a qualified early years professional. I have delivered wellbeing sessions to hundreds of children over the past 4 years. I have an NVQ 3 in childcare and education, a certificate in Personal and Social development, I am currently studying child Psychology and also have certificates in Nutritional Therapy and Nutrition. Using all these skills and knowledge I can offer a positive and more wholistic viewpoint on a where your child is and how to expand their wellbeing from there!
