MY A.A.A FRAMEWORK EXPLAINED!

The Teeno and Co A.A.A wellbeing program uses a simple 3-step framework of actions to help children access positive learning and messages that help them feel good about themselves.

1. Adventure includes stories, meditations, songs or soundtracks which transport children to the magical Esteem Island where they can learn social emotional concepts with friendly characters. Adventure stories cater for different learning styles for example stories are available in audio, reading and visual formats!

2. Affirmations are powerful words and phrases children learn and repeat on a regular basis until it sinks into thier subconscious mind. If done often enough, they actually start to feel and become the words they have been repeating. THE MOST POWERFUL TIMES TO SAY AFFIRMATIONS ARE JUST BEFORE YOU SLEEP OR JUST AFTER YOU WAKE UP!

3. Activities are interactive actions and practices children can take part in which reinforce the positive messages and learning from the Adventures and Affirmations. They have been designed to help introduce more positive conversations inside the mind.

*I reccommend following these programs for at least 21 days before you start to notice any changes and mindset shifts*
